This hatha-style class is specifically designed to offer deep release, both physically and emotionally. We will meet weekly over six weeks, in order to create a container where we can explore how releasing tightness in these key areas can help reduce anxiety, improve mood, and support emotional resilience.

If you are feeling stressed out, overwhelmed or burned out, then this yoga series may be for you.
Within this 5-week container, we will spend time doing breathwork, meditation, and gentle and restorative movement, designed to bringing more connection to the parasympathetic nervous system, so that we can feel more balanced, relaxed and restored.
