Here you will find upcoming groups, classes workshops and courses. Most of our offerings are eligible for reimbursement through insurance, and we offer scholarship options!

Free Offerings

**Currently on hold** “The Check In” is a free weekly drop-in yoga class that provides a dedicated space for you to mindfully attune to and nurture your emotional and mental wellbeing. Every Tuesday from 5:30-6:30pm in person or virtual! **ON HOLD**

A weekly virtual check in to provide emotional support and connection to aid the emotional ups and downs of the winter season. $20/session or pay what you can (and no worries if you can’t!)

Groups, Classes, Workshops + Events

This hatha-style class is specifically designed to offer deep release, both physically and emotionally. We will meet weekly over six weeks, in order to create a container where we can explore how releasing tightness in these key areas can help reduce anxiety, improve mood, and support emotional resilience.

Drop-In Options Available

If you are feeling stressed out, overwhelmed or burned out, then this yoga series may be for you.

Within this 5-week container, we will spend time doing breathwork, meditation, and gentle and restorative movement, designed to bringing more connection to the parasympathetic nervous system, so that we can feel more balanced, relaxed and restored.

Sundays from 10am-11:15am
October 27, November 3, 10, 17 and 24

Drop-In Options Available

“The Teacher’s Recess” is a 3-hour restorative experience designed exclusively for educators. It’s your turn to take a break to recharge mentally and physically, and reconnect with yourself, through a combination of gentle yoga, sound healing, reflective writing, art-making, and more. December 8.

A safe place for queer and allied teens to come and experience connection with like-minded people while learning about themselves, identity, and mental health. Teens aged 14-18 are welcome.
