Accessible Therapy

We offer counselling at a reduced rate through our Accessible Therapy Program. One-on-one counselling is available through one of our Masters- or PhD-level practicum or internship students, or through other registered mental health professionals.
(Please note that all of our practicum students are under direct supervision by Registered Psychologists).

If you are seeking counselling at a reduced fee or pro bono, please complete the form at the bottom of this page.

Sessions are available in person, on the phone, or over video for Saskatchewan residents. Sessions may be covered by insurance.

You can also visit our Local Support page for a list of other local mental health support. Further, most counsellors offer sliding scale options – you just need to ask!

We are not experts on what is best for you. We are here to help you walk your path and believe that only you can heal yourself.

Our role is to guide you to connect more deeply to your inner resources, and to offer you the support, validation, education, strategies, and fresh perspective you may need along the way. Our therapists incorporate a variety of different therapeutic approaches and tools to fit your individual needs.
