Relating to Angerworkshop
Anger is one of our most inherent and primal human emotions, yet for many of us, can be one of the most challenging and uncomfortable emotions to ‘be with’.
So many of us want to learn how to make big emotions “go away”. Often, this can be because we do not know how to ‘be with’ uncomfortable emotions.
Our intention of this workshop is to explore ways to develop a connection to, and better understanding, of our anger, and learn how to ground, express and release our anger in a healthy way… since it’s not going anywhere anytime soon!
