Navigating this human thing can be tough, but you don’t have to do it alone.

Our virtual therapeutic check-in group provides a space to receive support and practice vulnerability in community. This space is free and open via Zoom for one hour per week. 

Grounded in person-centered and somatic approaches, we spend time holding space for ourselves and each other while we explore the question:

“How are you really doing?”
