Here you will find groups, classes workshops and courses. Most of our offerings are eligible for reimbursement through insurance, and we offer scholarship options!

Free Offerings

“The Check In” is a free weekly drop-in yoga class that provides a dedicated space for you to mindfully attune to and nurture your emotional and mental wellbeing. Every Tuesday from 5:30-6:30pm in person or virtual! 

Groups

If you are looking for a supportive container to do deep and transformative work, our signature group process might be for you. Next Cohort begins March 12, 2024. 

In this therapeutic group, we apply the content to our own experiences. We share in circle and small groups, write, make art, and engage in somatic work, with the intention of deepening the learnings – moving it from our head into our heart and body. Our next book club begins February 26, 2024.

Therapeutic Yoga

Our therapeutic yoga classes are designed to support specific challenges with mental and emotional well-being. All classes are trauma-informed and led by a Registered Psychologist/Yoga Teacher.

These practices integrate traditional yoga with evidence-based therapeutic approaches to promote deeper embodiment, self-awareness, resilience, emotional regulation and connection within.

Drop-in classes are available only for “The Check-In: Yoga for Emotional + Mental Wellbeing” classes. All other therapeutic yoga offerings require registration + attendance in the full series (no drop-ins). 

 

Workshops, Circles, Retreats + Events

This weekend retreat focuses on an inward discovery of self for personal growth. With tools like kambo, somatic experiencing, art therapy, somatic embodiment and more, our hope is that you will be provided the space and guidance to venture deep into self to find answers, understanding and compassion.
Retreat 1: March 15-16 (Saskatoon)
Retreat 2: May 10 + 11 (Regina)

‘Night Sea Journey’ is a weekend retreat deep into Self. This is for those who wish to reunite with a hidden part(s) of themselves, increasing awareness, restoring trapped life energy and feeling a greater sense of connection to their core. While not for the faint of heart, this retreat offers a courageous container to do deep work, integrating darkness and emerging with greater connection to Self and others. March 8, 9 + 10.

This 6-week group is designed to help offer support, practices and strategies to help manage and heal anxiety. Join the waitlist.
