This workshop is for you if you’ve been feeling disconnected from joy. Maybe you feel down, dispirited, disheartened. Or like you’re just going through the motions.

Maybe you have plenty of things to feel joyful about in your life, but the vulnerability of letting yourself fully feel it is too much.

Through art, expressive arts, breathwork, movement and sharing, we will explore the root of our disconnection to joy and engage in practices to reconnect to this well of joy within us.
