If you are feeling stressed out, overwhelmed or burned out, then this yoga series may be for you.

Within this 5-week container, we will spend time doing breathwork, meditation, and gentle and restorative movement, designed to bringing more connection to the parasympathetic nervous system, so that we can feel more balanced, relaxed and restored.

No previous yoga experience needed.

Sundays from 10am-11:15am
October 27, November 3, 10, 17 and 24

Exchange:

5-Class Series: $92.50 (plus GST)

Drop-In: $22/class (plus GST)
