If you are carrying tension or stress in your hips and hamstrings, then this yoga series is for you.

This hatha-style class is specifically designed to offer deep release, both physically and emotionally.

We will meet weekly over six weeks, in order to create a container where we can explore how releasing tightness in these key areas can help reduce anxiety, improve mood, and support emotional resilience.

 

No previous yoga experience needed.

6-Class Series: $100.00 (plus GST)

Drop-In: $20/class (plus GST)
