Relating to Anxiety

For many of us, our patterns of anxiety, fear or stress can get in the way of us fully living our lives and being our authentic self.

So many of us want to learn how to make big emotions “go away”. Often, this can be because we do not know how to ‘be with’ uncomfortable emotions.

Our intention of this webinar/mini workshop is to explore ways to develop a connection to and better understanding of our anxiety.

During this 75-minute webinar, we will inquire about what has influenced our relationship to anxiety, ways to inquire about what our anxiety is telling us, and ideas of how we might find a different way to relate to our anxiety.

This will be an interactive presentation, with time for self-reflection and sharing.
