Reclaiming Safety:

Therapeutic Yoga + Art for Trauma Healing

If you are on a journey of trauma recovery and are struggling to find a sense of safety + calm within your brain + body, then this series may be for you.

This 4-week therapeutic group is designed to help you on your journey with trauma healing, by supporting you in beginning to regain a sense of agency, safety, regulation and connection between body + mind.

When we have experienced traumatic or highly stressful events, we can often become disconnected from an internal sense of calm and safety. This disruption has a big impact on our ability to feel grounded, secure and present.

You have a right to feel safe in your own body. You always have.

This series is designed to support you in reclaiming your right to feeling safe in your body through:

Yoga:

You will be supported through breathwork, mindfulness and movement, designed to help you find a sense of calm and grounding within your body again.

Art:

You will be invited to explore, express and release your emotions and thoughts through various creative outlets.

Community:

You are invited to share and learn from others who are on a similar healing journey.

In between our weekly sessions, you will be invited to engage in reflections and practices to further support your growth.

No previous art or yoga experience necessary.
