“The Check In” is a free weekly drop-in yoga class that provides a dedicated space for you to mindfully attune to and nurture your emotional and mental wellbeing.
Whether you attend every week, or drop-in when you can, this class offers an opportunity to pause, reflect and tune in.
You can attend classes in person at the Heart Center, or join in virtually from the comfort of your home – whichever best suits your needs.
Each week, we will engage in reflection, breathwork, physical postures, and meditation, focusing on a unique theme that is connected to supporting mental health + wellbeing.Themes will be posted on our website and social media the week ahead, and are sure to offer something for everyone.
Classes will be inclusive for all levels of experience, and no prior experience is required.
This class will be primarily hatha style, but may also include some gentle vinyasa and restorative sequences.

Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30pm
In-Person at The Heart Center or Online via Zoom
