Yoga, Art + Psychotherapy for Mood

This 6-week group is designed to help offer support, practices and strategies to help address symptoms of low mood, low energy, depression and dispiritedness. 

This process can help by improving energy, reconnecting mind & body, regulating the nervous system and releasing emotions. 

The group will include yoga and somatic work, art, expressive arts, and process work/sharing. 

No previous art or yoga experience necessary.
