This one-day workshop is designed to help offer support, practices and strategies to help address symptoms of depression. 

Through yoga, art and process work, we will help ease the symptoms of depression by improving energy, reconnecting mind & body, regulating the nervous system and release emotions. 

No previous art or yoga experience necessary.
